Time/Space throwoff troubles...Mid-world Style

Whoever this naked lunatic is, after he has stripped himself completely naked....

Something happened, but for the life of me I'll be damned if I know exactly what! Can't remember it clearly! Maybe the naked guy wanders off and out of our ka-tet's story forever. Sure don't remember seeing him in the brief glimpses of memory I have of the few seconds after....

It started off with a soft humming sound of something.....Something that came out of nowhere and just blinded us all.

Oddest thing is that I get a distinct feeling that the others feel themselves....sort of waking up shouting as if in a dream. I almost have that feeling, but... Something goes wrong?

It was what Roland called "The White" and it was....wonderful. It seemed to travel down the very road we were on, a wave of wondrous energy and purity, and swept away all that was wrong and.....

Okay, let's back up here before we go any further, okay? I have a odd feeling (something that Roland calls "the touch") that says that you already know about me and my ka-tet (Roland, Eddie, Susannah, and Oy). Nevermind, let's just go over where things get really strange. Just as we all step aboard (and suddenly remembering that in our rush we'd left Susannah's wheelchair behind) everything went black! Had dreams, I believe (something about a red haired woman who was a gunslinger and....more), but it's all jumbled up and I cannot remember! The others have similar problems. All we can agree upon is that....it was a....

Such a great dream....

Think it had all of us getting to the Dark Tower in the end....

Well, uh, whatever.

Next thing we know is that we all wake up on the floor of a train station at the end of the line. Not a mono station like what we'd left behind in Lud. No, a train station like what we had on my world. But while everything around here is like the world I'd left behind, it's not the world I left behind! Some kind of plague called "Captain Trips" (according to a newspaper dispenser who's lock had been curiously shot open recently by the looks of it) had wiped everyone (or almost everyone) out.

It was an eerie feeling, let me tell you!

We managed to get Susannah a wheelchair from out in the parking lot (seeing signs that we'd not been the first to go and do that....again that eerie feeling like we'd done this already). We go our way through a rose garden gone riot....and past a strange spot which my "touch" says a toy train with the name of "Charlie the choo-choo" should be. I....for the life of me it looks like the very ground had somehow opened up in that one spot and SWALLOWED....the train?

See signs that there had been some kind of wreck.... (re: 14674).

Nevermind....

So we finally get up to the highway going through Topeka and.... We meet this guy who comes out of nowhere and, after screaming when we covered him, proceeded to strip himself naked!

Next thing I know is that I'm stumbling around, in the darkness of a lovely forest on Terra Prime (?), and fall flat on my face....right at the feet of a guy and woman....

The dark skinned woman is rather....lovely, but the other person gets my attention for some reason. My "touch" somehow tells me he's....Cuthbert Allgood!?
