Israfel
Description: Israfel attacked on Asuka's debut combat mission. Asuka attacked Israfel and separated it into two parts. The two parts defeated the Eva's with ease. An N2 bomb was dropped on it to buy more time. It was defeated when Asuka and Shinji used powerful sets of kicks in syncronisationto seperae and destroyed it. |
| Name:
Sandalphon
Description: Sandalphon was found in a volcano. It was not a fully developed Angel at that stage. Eva 2 was sent to recover this young Angel so that the scientists at NERV could study a developing Angel. Sandalphon hatched during the mission and attacked Eva 2. Asuka used the coolant for the Angel to destroy the Angel. Asuka nad Eva 2 were saved from a fiery death when Shinji risked himself and pulled the Eva out from the volcano |

Name: Matariel Description: Matariel attacked NERV when there was a power cut. The three Eva Pilots scrambled through ventilation shafts to reach the Eva bay. The Eva's were all launched maually. Matariel attacked using a sort of acid that dripped from it's eyes. Matariel was destroyed by using a Pallate Riffle. |
