The Genesis
Cyber Cytez (Cyber Sites) was started on August 1999 as a Japanese assignment for, Ruffsand. The original Cyber Cytez was the NGE site. The site was originaly created with Paint Shop Pro and Netscape Composer. Then the site was improved by using FrontPage Express. Recently the creator received the GIMP, so the site should be dramticaly improved. There are three Cyber Cytez currently open. They are:
