| Peanut and Butters are a pair of green-cheek conures. They have had a very rough life, having been rescued from horrifying conditions. Peanut is very territorial of his cage and his mate, Butters. But once he is out od the cage, he can be a real cuddle-bug. Butters is very anxious, but enjoys cuddling once you have her out of the cage and calmed down. Both have feather-destruction problems, which we have been working with. Their vocalizations are adorable, and not too loud for conures. Peanut also makes "kissie" noises. We would prefer they go to a home with no birds, or another bonded pair of birds. They need lots of patience and lots of love. |
