The Heart of Multiculturalism is one of MACC’s most requested programs. We work with you to design this program to uniquely fit your school, corporation, congregation, or community group’s goals.

This program reaches deeper than basic sensitivity-training and speaks to the heart of the individual. MACC offers a tailor made curricullum that offers an opportunity for in-depth transformation of heart--the paradigm shift that is needed in order to interact with persons of different cultures and not perpetuate stereotypes and mindsets that build barriers among groups.

The curriculum is based on insights from leading cultural anthropologists and scholars. The interactive program includes presentations, reflection and group process on cultural differences in values, mindsets, attitudes, communication styles, perceptions of power and how all of these affect us personally, in relationships, and in work situations.
