Development Program

The Development Workshop is a week-long, intensive, interactive exploration of the principles and techniques involved in building a comprehensive development program, with special emphasis on the Hispanic community and its culture and stewardship concepts. The Workshop builds the connections between good stewardship, ongoing development and successful evangelization.

Small classes and field-based application techniques ensure maximum participation and results. MACC instructors are experienced fund raising practitioners with real-world solutions and suggestions. Academic credit is available through The Fund Raising School at Indiana University. A limited number of partial scholarships are available.

This course is especially recommended for:

• new development directors and staff • church administrators
• managers and directors of non-profit organizations • diocesan and parish finance personnel
• board members • principals of private schools
• fund raising and canvass volunteers • clergy and deacons
• lay leadership in churches
