GENERAL INFORMATION

               Persons of either sex and any age who have attained the minimum  educational standards prescribed may apply for admission for diploma courses. For Certificate or Hobby courses children above four years of age may enroll themselves.

                Classes are held from Monday to Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Saturday being a half day devoted to extra curricular activities. Medium of instruction is both in Hindi and English.

  DISCIPLINE

All students attending are expected to be disciplined and to work under the strict guidance of the course co-ordinator. Indiscipline of any kind is dealt strictly.

Minimum attendance required for one and two year diploma courses is 75%. In diploma courses the qualifying marks are 50% in theory and as well as in practicals.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Institute accepts no responsibility towards classes missed by students. In Hobby courses fifteen days of continued absence without notice is treated as cancellation of admission.

Any damage to the property of the Institute is punishable, apart from compensation for the damage.

Prescribed fee for each course may be changed from time to time according to the decision of the management committee.

Change of course is not permitted. However, only in the case of diploma courses, in the first month, transfer is allowed with a transfer fee.

The students are themselves responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the working space.

Educational trips are organized by the Institute once a year, the expenditure of which is be shared by the students participating.

Fee deposited by Demand draft must be in favour of "Ruchi's Institute of Creative Arts".  payable at Allahabad.

All students are required to bring their own stationery/material used during the course.

Saturday is devoted to extra curricular activities, seminars, talks, symposiums etc. All students enrolled are  to attend these events.

       Exams for Diploma Courses are conducted once  a year.

          For certificate courses the exams are conducted at the end of the course.

          Every student is required to clear the examination before he/she is awarded a Diploma.

          The Annual Function is organised every year in the month of September .Students participate

          and show   their skill & knowledge they gain through the institute.
