Article VI
Special meetings shall be held when requested by any of the officers, and/or when petitioned by 10% of the PSA membership. There shall be at least one meeting per month. A quorum for conducting business at any meeting shall be satisfied when one half of the members are in attendance.
Article VII
Section 1.
A.
Any PSA member may propose an amendment to this Constitution. A written copy of the proposed amendment shall be submitted to the Executive Board which shall give written notification to the membership at the meeting following receipt of said proposed amendment.
B.
This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the membership, provided the amendment was submitted in writing of a previous regular meeting and notice was given to all members at least one week before the meeting on the constitutional amendment.
Article VIII
In order to provide for a smooth transition in leadership, the President and Secretary must both leave a written report for the incoming officers.
Article IX
Section 1.
The PSA shall remain responsible for the ecological consequences of its actions and take steps to insure that any of tis actions shall not further adversely affect the environment. All posters and other paraphernalia used to advertise its activities will be removed from the area to which they were affixed after the expiration of said activities.
Section 2.
The PSA shall not sponsor any activity or event that may result in the discrimination toward any group of people within or away from the University.
Article X
Questions of Parliamentary Procedure shall be decided by and in accordance with the forms laid down in Robert�s Rules of Order, latest edition.
