Section 1.
The PSA shall abide by all applicable laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States.
Section 2.
This organization shall abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the University and under the privileges as granted by the Office of Student Activities, Deans and Dean of Students where chartered. This organization shall also abide by the rules and regulation of the Board of Governors, the Universtiy and the Colleges as provided by the Board of Governors and Deans of the Colleges.
Section 3.
Annual Constitution Renewal Date: March 10th.
