Liquidation Process

Railtrack Group plc shares were delisted from the London Stock Exchange in December 2002. Since then, Railtrack Group plc changed its name to RT Group plc (in Members' Voluntary Liquidation) and has started distributing remaining funds to RT Group shareholders.
