332nd Policy

PRACTICE
Participation in squadron activities is MANDATORY. Although we are quite liberal in our policy, and we wholly understand the need for time away and the reality of life's responsibilities, participation in squadron activities MUST take place with the entire squad if we are to grow and be successful. Although we do our best to fly every day of the week our primary practice days where we really like to get a good turnout are Friday and Saturday nights from 2100 - 2300  EST. These practices  will be run with  COOPS or Campaigns. If you can't make one try to make the other even if it is for a few hours. If you can't fly for whatever reason at least come  to check in.  Pilots will be expected to check in at the 332nd V.F.G. forum at least once a day to check for updates to unit activities or files.  Communication will also be delivered via email through the Panther Room  so it is important  that whatever email you use to sign  up to the Panther Room be a valid one that you check on a regular basis. Our practices throughout the week  will be less formal and will generally not be Campaign practices unless the squadron attendence merits it. Squadron members are expected to make every effort to participate otherwise they will be placed on the inactive list and eventually removed from the roster. Posting on the group site is considered a part of turning out for muster. Unit members are also expected to practice offline using the training missions when neccessary and to have their hardware installed and functioning properly when they come to Hyperlobby. Please read the Upon Admission to the Squadron link below for further information.

RANKING
Rank will be earned. It will be based on contributions to the squadron in flight hours and combat and largely based on the scores attained in the Campaign missions. This is another reason why participation is so important. All new members will start out as 1st Lieutenants and move up accordingly.

JOINING THE GROUP
As a unit we are always looking for good pilots . To become a member of the 99th it is required that you be willing to adhere to the simple rules stated above, and carry yourself in a manner befitting the memory of the men we represent. To apply for membership send an email to :
