Gradient Tool
1.  Open a new WebPainter3 document with a width of 300 and a height of 250.

2.  Use the line tool to draw a line across the middle of the page like a horizon.

3.  Use the Paint Bucket to make the bottom of the picture green.

4.  Open the Coords/Gradient/Spray tool from the Window menu.  Go to the Gradient folder.  Choose Bottom Right gradient fro the pop-up menu.  Hold down on the top square in the dialog box to choose a color for the top of the gradient.  Hold down on the bottom square in the dialog box to choose a color for the bottom of the gradient.

5.  Click on the Paint Bucket tool and paint the sky with the gradient color.

6.  Change the gradient back to none.

7.  Duplicate this cel 6 times.  Go to the Cel menu. Choose duplicate cell.

8.  Now you will be working with Layer 2 of the document.

9.  On the Paint menu, click Draw Filled.  Make the foreground color a bright yellow for the sun.  In Layer2, Cel 4 make a high noon sun in the sky.

10.  In Layer 2, Cel 3 make a mid-morning sun.  In Layer 2, Cel 5, make a mid-afternoon sun.

11.  In Layer 2, Cel 2 use the pen tool to draw a partial sun rising.  Use the Paint Bucket tool to fill it yellow (it's easier if you zoom to 200% or 300%).

12.  In Layer 2, Cel 6 repeat the procedure from step 11 to make a partial sunset.

12.  Save as SUN.
