1986 300SDL (U.S. version) |
Our 300SDL was acquired in the early part of 1998. It had only 28K original miles on it. It was in relatively good shape. Interior wise, it was in very good shape mainly due to it being covered with a cloth seat cover. Main concern was the under chassis. Many needed replacing due to being garaged for a long time. Exteriorly, the paint was in good shape except for the faded trunk area due to being exposed to the sun since it couldn't fit in the garage properly. In 2001, we were able to repaint it and also add some minor modifications to it. Recently, I had to overhaul its automatic transmission. These are its present pictures. Thank you! |
