Novele Elementary School , It is one of the newest 
  Elementary School in the province of rosario.
 TheMunicipality Mayor of Rosario his named  Rodolfo Rocero he is the only
 one sponsored this Constitution.  i believe many student have a good knowledge  
 or have a good idea for how to be success or to achieve for 
 each goal  because of the teachers
