History
Roy was raised in a small village in South East England called Ninfield, where from the age of four, he attended the local primary school. Until the age of eleven, and at this time being at the top of his class, he moved on to the local secondary school, known as Claverham Community College in the nearest town called Battle. Here, he studied hard, played a variety of sports and made a lot of good friends. By the end of five years here, he had graduated with his GCSE results;
A* grades in Mathematics and German
AA grade in Combined Sciences
A grades in Geography, Computer Studies and Physical Education
B grades in English Language and English Literature.
Just as Roy was preparing over the following summer for his next step towards his ambition of being a Physiotherapist for one of the National Soccer teams, Roy was cleaning out the attic of his semi detached house along with his Father. To Roy�s surprise, he found a large wooden box with ancient engravings on the side. He shouted down to his father and asked what it was. As soon as he saw it, a look of disproval descended over his face. Roy could tell that his father had not wanted him to find it; he could see it in his eyes. Knowing this however, Roy asked what was inside. His father told him to open it. Inside was a beautiful sword, with a long curved blade, two sliver angel wings protruded from either side of the blade and its silver handle was bound with jet black leather for grip. A look of excitement and bemusement came over his face. He the turned to his father and asked why the hell they had a sword like this in their attic. His father sighed and began the tale of which he had been sworn to secrecy to.
�Well Roy, this sword belonged to your grandmother; Sophia. There was something different about her you see, she wasn�t human. She was an angel sent from heaven to help cleanse the world. Her journey was near completion when she met your Grandfather, my father. They were happy together and they quickly fell in love and were married. However, there are laws regarding love for mortals. She then had to choose between two choices; her immortality and powers as an angel, or her love for your Grandfather. She chose the love. With that, she was stripped of her immortality and powers and led a normal life on earth, eventually having me as their first child. This sword was meant for me; however, I was too scared to take on such a position. But you Roy, you have great powers; I can see it and sense it when I look at you. I know she would have wanted it this way,� his father finished, a tear in his eye. �Go on, take it,� he said again as he wiped the tear.
Roy grabbed the sword in his right hand from in the box and suddenly, a white spark emanated from the hilt.
�Now Roy, with this sword comes great responsibility. Although your Grandmother�s mission was near completion when she gave it up, the evil she was cleansing has had time to regroup and grow stronger, I can feel it growing in the very underbelly of the world, hell is near unleashing its powers on this earth. There are more like you though, more people dedicated to cleansing this earth. Here,� he said as he lifted up another part of the case, underneath which a small scroll was hidden. �Follow the directions on there and meet a man known as Ferefire, he shall help you uncover your powers and is leader of a group of warriors known as Augustus Adfectio.�
Roy was completely taken a back by all this, but despite this, he could feel the seriousness in his father�s words, he wasn�t lying, and now, Roy knew this was what he must do to help the world. Two days later, he left home and followed the directions and met up with Ferefire. He was assigned a trainer and given huge amounts of training, learning his techniques and powers which had previously been locked away, lying dormant inside him�
Since then, Roy has carried out a number of missions for the Guild Augustus Adfectio:
*Took over France
*Helped seal a peace treaty with the Brotherhood of the Watchful Dragon in Switzerland
*Took over Kazakhstan
*Sealed a peace treaty with MEDO in Saudi Arabia
*Resurrected Hastoph in Antarctica
*Helped defend Antarctica from Sanhedrin forces
*Dispatched to Italy to reclaim it from the Sanhedrin
*Died at the hands of Shin (TRL) in Italy
*Went to Gaia in the afterlife and met his already dead brother; Bob, who presented him with the Dance Macabre
*Escaped from Gaia with Bob
