Major Infrastructures in the city are the national port, the airport, the Libas Fishing Port, the Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center, the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center, the Hall of Justice, the Jumbo Bridge, and the newly inagurated Roxas City Convention Hall. It has 144.0679 km of road, of which, 24.280 km are national, 34. 7949 are city roads, and 84.993 km are barangay roads. Its bridge total is 330.6 meters. Of which, 102.8 m are natinal, 172.3 m are city bridges, and 55.5 m are barangay bridges.

The city gets its power from the Capiz Electric Cooperative (CAPELCO) and its supply of portable drinking water from the Metro Roxas Water District (MRWD). Supplementing the water supplied by the MRWD are wells with hand pumps and artesian wells which were constucted through the Barangay Water Program (BWP) and the Dept. of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Another water system that operates in the city is the Barangay Bolo Waterworks System which was installed through the BWP. This particular system, however, serves the residents of Brgy. Bolo only.
| The major mode of transportation in the city is the Trycicle. A total of 2,627 units currently operate to answer the needs of the riding public. Inter- provincial mobility of residents and their cargo is serviced by vans, buses, and jeepneys. Sea transportation is served by three shipping companies- WG&A Ferries, Negros Navigation and Moreta Lines. Passenger and cargo transport by air is catered by PAL's B- 737 aircraft, Aboitiz Cargo and other chartered cargo planes.
| Communication Facilities are being catered by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Bureua of Telecommunications (BUTEL), PT&t and BayanTel. The city also has access to different types reading materials such as newspapers and magazines, both foreign and local. Regional and national dailies are also available.
