Our Fifth Grade Silent Auction and Lasagna Dinner were a great success due to the support from our community, local businesses, students, parents and staff members. We were able to raise a combined sum of $8,271.49 which puts us much closer to our goal of $12,000. The monies raised with the dinner and auction will be used to pay for: transportation to and from Sky Ranch; tuition for teachers, students qualifying for scholarships and chaperones; supplies.  With our ongoing Tuesday Candy sales and Friday Coke sales, we hope to reach our targeted amount by the end of October.

Our school really displayed some awesome T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) Work!!! We raised a record amount with the Lasagna Dinner thanks to the price comparison and hard work of Angie Miller and all of the parents volunteering to serve. I also want to thank Denise Eskridge for coordinating the Tuesday candy sales and Patsy Ryan for coordinating the Friday soft drink sales. Angie, Denise and Patsy have taken time out of their busy schedules to go and purchase the food, drinks and candy out of their own pockets (they are reimbursed!) and lined up parent volunteers to help.

Thank you so much for your generosity! Although our goal seemed unattainable in May of last year, we came very close to achieving it with the donations and support of everyone! Thank you for your help in achieving our goals!! Sky Ranch, here we come!
