Well, you have come to this particular page to learn a little about me.  Hope I can give you at least a little information to get you started!

     First of all, my name is Rhiannon Rowland I was born in May of 1977 (you can figure out how old I am).  I am married to a wonderful man and my best friend, Harold.  We were married March 8th, 1997.  We have two sons, Jeremiah who was born on Sept. 26, 1997 and Caleb born on October 22, 1999.  All three of my guys are the light of my life and I thank the lord above for them every day.

     Let see I am a stay at home mother to my boys who keep me very busy.  Being home is one of the best things I could ever have asked for and I am glad that I am able to do it.  By being at home, I am raising my children and not someone else and I am not missing a moment in their lives.  I figure one day I might want to work, but that will be a long time down the road, if it all.  I think the only thing I miss being at home is interaction with other adults.
 
 

• Computer & The Net 

     For valentines Day in 1998 my husband got me connected to the internet!  I think he might regret that now!  He is often saying he is a web widow, sometimes he's joking....others he's not.  I do spend quite a bit of time on the net.  I've made many friends, my mother's group (New Friends) who all have become the best of friends and are women to share my happy moments and complaints with.  Nance, who I met on ICQ with a mutual love of NASCAR, I'll make it up there to MIS sometime!  The SAHM's of Illinois Club, fairly new here, but a wonderful group of ladies.  And most recently the StorkClub 4 at Storknet, a huge group of women all expecting babies in Oct., Nov., Dec. of 1999, what a great way to know someone is feeling just like you and going through the same things.
    Email !!!  I love Email!  Of course I can write to family members and friends and all sorts of people.  The best part of having the net and email is that it has connected me to family members that I hadn't seen or spoken to in a long time!
    And of course all these web pages that I have created!  Using a program called Composer, that comes with Netscape Communicator, it's not too difficult to do.  And with all the graphics available on the net, you can get pretty creative as well.  And I would just like to add a big THANKS to all of those very talented people who make graphics and put them up for our use and enjoyment.  Someday I hope I can make some of my own to share with others!
 
 

• Counted Cross Stitch 

     This is a fairly new hobby of mine.  I've only done 4 or 5 different projects.  But for someone like me who is not the craftiest person, it's a great thing to do.  The 1st one I even made was a small set of footprints and my sons name and birth date.  After that one I was hooked.
 
 

• Movie: I don't have one particular fav.  Armageddon, Never Been Kissed, The Shawshank Redemption, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
• Actor/Actress: Forest Whitacker/ Sandra Bullock

• TV Shows:  ER, A Baby Story, The Young & The Restless, Rosie
• Music/song: Country/ I'm Already Taken by Steve Wariner
• Book: No one in particular, like Romance Novels by Danielle Steel, but the only books I read these days are children's books.
• Food:  Mexican
• Drink:  Dr. Pepper
• Time : Late at night!  I suppose this is because its the only time I  get all to myself.

What I collect!

  Precious Moments-Beautiful figurines by Sam Butcher.  The 1st PM I
      ever received was a plate with my birth month on it. Now I have
      about 25 figurines, plates, coffee cups and ornaments.

  Porcelain Dolls-I don't buy these much anymore, it can get to be
      expensive.  I think I have about 15 or so.  Most of them gifts.

  Hat Pins-I've collected these from places I've been to and events as
      well.  My favorites are from the NASCAR race tracks that I've been
      to and one from Elvis' Graceland.
 
 

     Well, I guess that is about all I have to share!  If there is anything I forgot, I probably did for a good reason!  :o)
