Draw your outline with the first color. This should be on it's own layer. You can name it top. |

Flood Fill with the 4th color. Use your magic wand to select the top. |

Add noise. Yes I love noise. It is a great way to add texture. In this case it is going to give the effect of this being a sweater.
I apply about 5% noise. |

Set your paint brush like this.
Darkest color of palette
darken 30-40% 5 round brush. Shade around the chest, sholders, down the arms on the edges. Add some creases around the mid section. You might want to drop your brush down for the creases to a size 1. |

Highlights. Using the same settings as above except lighten and choose the lightest color of the palette. You might even want to raise the opacity or use a lighter color. Play with it.
Highlight down the middle of the arms, middle of the chest and inbetween the creases on the midsection. |

Grab your smudge brush. Set your settings low..10-20 percent. A round size 5 brush.
You don't want to over smudge or you will loose the noise and the sweater effect. Hit the chest area a little and the creases. |
