So we are almost done. Only the hair to do. I usually do hair last for some reason.
Draw in the outline with the darkest color. Don't worry too much about the shape of the bottom of the ponies. We will shape them up at the end.
Fill with the 4th color and use your magic wand to select the hair.
Using the second color draw in some shadows.
Using the 3rd color expand on the shadows.
With the lightest color, or you can go even lighter if you like, add a few bright highlights where you think the most light is going to hit the hair.
Using the 5th color draw in some highlights.
Grab your smudge brush setting about 20% with a 5 or 9 size round brush.
Start smudging very slowly and smoothly. Follow the shadows and highlights you have created.

You might find that you oversmudged and area or that you didn't add enough shadow or highlight. Go back to your palette and draw in the shade needed and remudge.
I added more darker shades around the ears and where the ponies meet the head and at the part.
Let's shape up the ponies. Take your eraser size 1 100% opacity.
Start at the bottom and start shortening the strands leaving some short and some long. You can make them whatever lenght you like.
Your all finished now and have a new dollie. Add some jewelry to her or props and a background.
I hop you enjoyed this tutorial! If you did let me know on the tag board.
