 | We woke up early today and went to the beach. It was an overcast sky. We walked along
where the waves were rolling in. I picked up some shells and rocks. We saw |

dolphins too! When we went to the pier, there were
people fishing there. We could hear a seal but we couldn't see it. We spent several hours
at the beach and pier. We went back to the hotel and got ready for our day.

| We hit the road for Las Vegas! We drove over mountains and through the desert. We
stopped in Baker, California at the Bun Boy Motel to take pictures of the World's Largest Thermometer. |

| We got to Las Vegas in the afternoon.
Wow! What a cool town! |

| We walked the strip a little. We went to M&M World, the
Coca-Cola Store and the Paris Resort.

| We stayed at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. It has a cool
swimming pool with water falls and an island--can't wait to go in it! We had the buffet at
the Tropicana for dinner and gambled until 2 a.m. |
What a cool town.
