ROUGHIN' IT: NEW YORK CITY
EPISODE 3
FACING THE COLD HARD FACTS

After facing their second pre-destined Tribal Council, the last four members of the Brooklyn Tribe walked through the streets back to their camp. Though it was evident that the vote to oust Derricke was tough, it was the last thing on their minds at the time. Shortly after placing their torches aside, Donald pulled Seth aside and delivered a few tough facts. The commercial jet pilot had the bad feeling that if they somehow get split up into the two bigger tribes, then it would be nearly impossible to make merge. Though accepting the facts, Seth refused to just play dead. He told his comrades that the game's all about survival and he will do everything within the rules to keep himself and other members of Brooklyn in the competition. The tribe smiled to see Seth's optimism in such dark times.

SETH ANGERMILL -- Manicurist: "Hopefully, the people who run this game wouldn't be as cruel to split up Brooklyn and put us in the bigger tribes that are Bronx and Queens. That would be the worst case scenario for the four of us. Donald knows, Danielle knows, Naomi knows, and I know that if this does happen that they will pick us all off one by one. But, that doesn't mean that I will lay down and let them walk all over me. It's not going to happen. It's the last thing I'd ever do in this game."

LAZY ROY

On the morning of day 7, the members of the Queens Tribe were up and moving with one exception. Roy, the auto mechanic, was resting on the couch watching the others do work. After finding more old newspaper to use for fire, Carol took a seat to rest her feet. He refused to answer the many questions that Carol was asking, such as what work has he done that morning. He just laughed it off and changed subject.

CAROL GARRICK -- Wedding Planner: "What's up with Roy this morning? He doesn't look sick, hungry, tired, or anything. He's just sitting there on one of the couches just joking and laughing at us working. He calls me lazy sometimes, well at least I got materials to burn so we have fire to cook whatever on. What's his excuse?"
