We want to compete our competitors in leather industry so as per the directive of internal analysis we should make our quality management.

Ø  We should to train and motivate to our team member.

Ø  Preparation of products according to the customer demand

Ø  We should to monitor all the services equipment.

Shareholders:

Today we have almost 78 percent of shareholder holding in the favor of the deal. In future we will compete in the market to our industry competitors and we will get almost the 90 percent voting.

Employee:

We conducted the internal analysis and we identified that there are 29,000 employees are working in our business.
