So far the plastics and interior have been stripped back to see what rust and general damage are present, this will allow me to at least guage how much the repair work may end up costing and where I can make some improvements. The radiator bracket has a spinning bolt so that will need to be ground or drilled out so I can actually get the radiator and air conditioning heat exchanger out. There is minimal rust in the front fenders and its amazing to see that the front guards are actually welded on to the chassis itself ! not bolted as most cars are. The car came with the Koni reds and a thicker sway bar (bit of a muscle builder to drive actually) The dash was not as much of a paint ot remove as I first thought, although I had already pulled most of it apart.
