Over the past four years our experience has been that some young people have found difficulties in their placements that have resulted in them leaving before the end of the agreed period. This is because they were not fully prepared for what was required of them.
We have consulted with a cross section of these young people and have designed the above workshops to address many of the issues that present themselves whilst a young person is engaged in a placement.
