As a cyclist who has been gassed by automotive exhaust for years, I fully support the Exhaust Pipe Bill.
Also in view of the recent court decisions to make the Tobacco Companies pay for the deleterious and cancerous effects of second hand smoke, it is recommended that cyclists launch a class action suit against automotive and oil companies for the deleterious and cancerous effects of automobile exhaust which tends to be directed directly in the cyclists’ faces.
