About Myself
I was born Carol Elizabeth
MacDonald,
in a small town, in Northern
Ontario, called Espanola.
The date was
December 21, 1960. I lived
in that
general area for the first
twenty-six years
of my life.
I attended school at the Massey
Public
School up to the end of Grade
8, and then
at the Espanola High School
to the end of
Grade 12.
I gave birth to my first child,
Caitlin,
on May 24, 1988
by way of emergency C-section.
One look at her
and all the pain was worth
it.
On July 25, 1995 I married
my first husband in
Taipei, Taiwan.He was a wonderful
man.
After only three and a half
months of marriage,
my Jackson passed away as
a result of injuries
acquired during a fall at
work.
Even now I miss him.
In November 1996 I decided
it was time to go back to school. I enrolled in the Travel and Tourism
program
at a college in Kitchener,
Ontario, Canada. I
graduated in April with an
over all average of 98%,
winning an award for 'Academic
Excellence'.
On October 5, 1999 I married
my second husband,
Robert.
I don't recall ever being quite this happy
before. He is all a woman
can ask for in a husband.
Robert and I had our first
child together on April 27, 2000.
Check back for updates on
our little boy, Kieran.
Some of my interests are among
the other links you
can follow from my Navigation
Station. They include
such things as Scotland, the
Moody Blues, art and
poetry. I hope you enjoy browsing
through them. Soon,
I hope to be adding a page
with some pictures of a few
interesting places I've been.
I hope to see you back here
often. I'll be adding pages
periodically.
