| I needed to do some modification to the wagon, but the thing was powder coated. I decided to design a new wagon because of the general dissatisfaction and weakness of the Lowe's cart. I started by making sketches that would allow for all the Power Wagons components to be mounted under the wagons deck. This would greatly increase stability due to the lower center of gravity. When designing the frame, consideration was taken to allow the wheels to turn tighly. This was done by welding a 4 inch piece of angle iron offset to the frame. The wheels could then rotate under the wagon without rubbing against the support arm. Special thanks to Sammy for the quality frame welding. This thing will never break. |
