Full Arch Type
These rabbits are to be the ideal meat type. They are all in the meduim to large size range, weighing is at 6-11 lbs (maybe more at times). Their depth is to equal their width. A commercail rabbit should be posed with its hocks hand forelegs flat on the table, neither buntched up or streched out.

Commercial Type
The rabbits in this group vary most in size, from on of the smallest breeds (2 1/2 lbs) to one of the largest (12+ lbs). They have and arch that starts at the head and carries on to the tail. They should pose themselves, standing up on thier front feed and toes. The Britannia petitie is, I believe, the only breed in this group that requires posing by its handler or judge.

I'm sorry this picture doesn't show her posing properly. If anyone has a picture of a commercail breed posed properly and would e-mail it to me. I will put it here along with owner's name and rabbitry (web site and e-mail too if wished).
Cylindrical Type
There is only one breed of rabbit with this type. It has a long, slim cylindrical body and is poses stretched out as far as posible with front legs and hocks flat on the table.
