Changeling

The Okanogan Valley has been a cross roads for many supernatural creatures as well as mundane. It is a central transportation hub, a business center, and a tourist attraction. Fae kind has had many a reason to pass through but rarely a reason to stay. Count Benedict when traveling through the area under his responsibility was waylaid by the discovery of a Rath in a small pub on the hillside. Recognizing the significance of the place and needing a local to stay at while in the area he made arrangements to obtain ownership of the pub. Making the two local baronies aware of his new holding he settled in to explore the area in greater detail. Friends Pub is a popular place for all Fae now and the Count proves to be Jovial and enlightening company.

Baroness Arissa was granted the lands of Kelowna the Barony of Dark Waters in part due to negotiations made with a pack of were creatures living in the area and claiming the land as part of their promised land. She is extremely protective of the lands them selves but has little need in general for social contact as she is in a constant battle to deter the banality from overwhelming her fragile body.

Baroness Chavais is a serious no nonsense as you can be Sidhe she looks about life as a battle that you can not take rest from and her 3 Sluagh council keeps her network of information flowing smoothly. Chavais will answer any call to duty by her count yet she does not volunteer to much when it comes to using her resources. The Barony of Vines is a dark place and one might think it had been overrun by the nightmares if it was not for the flourishing freehold in the center of it.

There are tentative agreements made with the other supernaturals in the area but you can never trust what might be corrupted.

Wine and Roses has a Venue Sheet as well.
