In December 1, 2001, Indonesian Student Association of Northern Japan (PPI-KDJU) participated in "Kita Ward Encountered and Exchange Fair 2001" organized by Sapporo Kita ward office. Some others foreign students such as Bangladesh, Philippines, Thailand, Brazil, Egypt, Maroco participated on the stage performance and/or Asian Food corner.
Here are some pictures taken during Indonesia tim performance on the stage. This time we presented 2 dances (Melayu from North Sumatera and Manasai from Kalimantan) and 3 songs (Alu si au (North Sumaterat), Euis(West Java) and Nona Manis (North Sulawesi).
Two of Indonesian tim members are Japanese, Yazawa and Shimizu, they are members of Indonesia language class which is organized by PPI-Sapporo.
