| Ikebana is the product of creativity and imagination in the arrangement of flowers and plants. Ikebana may be arranged anytime, anywhere, by anyone, and with any material. By Ikebana we can share the happiness through Ikebana, a happiness which can inspire one's life and can even change its meaning. |
| There are several styles in Ikebana, called Kakei. Two styles, Basic Uprigth and Basic Slanting are the foundation of all other variations. There are also name called, Moribana and Nageire. Its called Moribana if a shallow container such as suiban is used and Kenzan, needle point holder is used to fix the materials. If materials are arranged in a tall vase without any particular ready-made device is called Naigere. |
