Two people who were initially suspected of having contracted the recently identified arenavirus may virus induced diabetes be discharged from hospital on Wednesday, Morningside Medi-Clinic said.
"They are not believed to have contracted the virus and might be discharged today," said spokesperson Melinda Pelser.
