| SPRING 2003 A New Beginning |
| Sorry for the delay in updating my Journal. Many thanks for those who E-mailed their concerns over my well-being. I certainly appreciated your enquiries. Sufficient to say that I am well and improving each day, and hope to get back to my journal within a couple of weeks. Thanks again; Tom. |
| Meanwhile, just to prove all is well, below is the latest picture of Ron and myself. It was taken at Ron's cousin's birthday party here in St, Catharines in January 2003. It was about 2 months after my heart problem and just a few days before my 73rd birthday and Ron's 65th. I don't know where the time goes, but it sure seems to be in a bloody hurry. |

| I really don't know where the summer went. We have been kept busy with holding barbeques in our back yard for family and new friends. We love our new house. It is much smaller of course that the one in Peterborough, but that is just what we need. The cardioligist says mu heart has healed completely and I should not have any more problems in the immediate future. I have not had any alcohol for 10 months now and will probably keep off of it for the rest of my life now. The alternative was too scary. |
