Damon Davies. Sadly Damon
died in 1983 at the age of39. Damon was a prolific and very tallented
artist and he was a great loss to those who knew him. Just a few
years before his death Damon painted these two pictures. There is
a time span of about three years between the paintings and although he
painted in many different styles both of these paintings were self portraits.
The contrast between the paintings is stark. Damon became a Christian
between the paintings and his life was totally transformed. He was
quite literally Born Again.
