The slide shows are from various trips that Barbara and I have made over the past few years, including our hiking vacation in Glacier National Park. In July, 2005 we went on a rafitng trip on the Colorado River, through the Grand Canyon. We spent 8 days and 7 nights on the river. It was one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken. The outfitter, Grand Canyon Expeditions was excellent, and I highly recommend them if you plan such a trip. In December 2005, we explored the Galapagos Islands on a Celebrity Expeditions Cruise. It was a memorable trip, and Celebrity did an outstanding job organizing this adventure.
 
There are some recipes that I especially like or enjoy making. I am addicted to cookies, Nature's perfect food.
