'MY BITS AND PIECES'

'IN PRAISE OF A HIGHER BEING'
Have you ever looked up into the night sky and thought, who made all this and why ?. There has to be a 'grand plan' to it all, and if so, then someone or something, far superior to us mortals must be in charge. Therefore there has to be a God. I believe so. If you 'click' onto to the 'thumbnail' pictures below, you will be rewarded with beautiful pictures of our heavens. Look and believe.

'IN PRAISE OF ABERYSTWYTH'
I live in a small town on the west coast of Wales (UK). It's not known for anything famous, but it's a nice crime free seaside town. I have attached a few pictures for you of Aberystwyth. If you want a true viewpoint written by the 'people' and not the Tourist Office, then click on the flashing eye below.
'THE TRUE ABER'The links on the right hand side of this site are excellent.

'IN PRAISE OF 19th CENTURY ART'
My continuing passion is 19th century art. My favorite artist is John Wm. Waterhouse (1849-1917) His painting style is often likened to the 'Pre-Raphaelite' school. I however think its more to do with the influence of 'Leighton'. The best picture I believe is 'Ophelia' (which is the 3rd picture along) If you have time, then 'click' on all three, you will not be disapointed.

'THE AURORA BOREALIS'
One of the most beautiful sights in the northern hemisphere is the appearances of the 'Aurora Borealis'. Although we now know what causes them, (Solar Wind and Particle Ironisation etc.) they are still stupendous. Below are some thumbnail pictures that when clicked on, will enlarge to show plenty of detail. The first photo shows the 'Hale-Bopp Comet' crossing the Aurora Borealis. (Magic!)

'ANGEL ART'
Do you believe in 'Angels' ?. Many people believe that they act as messengers between the 'Creator' of this wonderful universe and us mortals. Whilst, we now all believe in the 'Big Bang Theory', have you ever wondered who kicked it all off. Yes it makes you think ! However below are some modern 'Angel' pictures well worth a visit. Click on to each one to see a fuller version.
