| Harry and Hermione - I don't think either Harry or Hermione like each other as more than friends. J.K.Rowling also said in an interview that they were very platonic friends. So I don't think there is much hope there, especially seeing as the full quote was "Harry and Hermione will never be more than platonic friends. I can't answer for anyone else however. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge." |
| Viktor and Hermione - This pairing doesnt have many followers, although they did go to the Yule Ball together I think there is a lack of intrest on Hermione's side and at one stage or another if it did work out she'd have to address Ron's obvious jealousy. |
| Malfoy and Hermione - There are people who believe that underneath the insults these two like each other. However for it to work Malfoy would have to go against his father and taking into consideration all the evidence in the books I would expect that he is already more like Lucius than we know. |
| Ron and Lavender - I hate this pairing probably more than any of the others that involve Ron and Hermione not together. Mainly because in Harry and Hermione fanfics I have read, Ron ends up with Lavender because he is cast aside by the other two members of the Trio. |

| Ron and Luna - Luna has shown an interest in Ron, however she has only succeded in annoying him so far. I can't see this couple having much of a future and it will probably get pushed to the side once the ship Neville and Luna is officially launched. |
