The misunderstanding was that in order to join "The Weekly Prophet" and "Hogwarts" you HAD to give your address, state, city, to me. You DON"T HAVE to. Those pieces of information were only for the purposes of me sending out prizes to the winners of the contests and only for that reason. I will be posting up contests here once I get 15 members or more signed up.
