| River Tay Declaration 1pg., July 10, 1999, unpublished Originally jotted down in a travel journal whilst in Scotland, this document sought to give my life the purpose of helping others. The River Tay Declaration was written over the River Tay on the pedestrian level of a vehicular bridge that leads into central Dundee where my ancestry stayed. |

| Mission Statement 1pg., 2002, unpublished Created during a Unitarian Universalist retreat called Leadership Odyssey for young adults. This mission statement was born out of the encouragement of conference organizers to develop core, faith based principles around any social justice work I might be engaged in. Resulting from this encouragement was this statement, which attempts to bind my faith with my conviction in healing psychological trauma caused by errant public policies (particularly ending the war on drugs). Composed and commissioned around September 2, 2002. |
