Lordship Letalfjird

T'was yesterday and centurys ago
That the demon Letalfjird lost control
Entered every house and village
And would not stop tell everything was pillaged

His blood stained eyes stared at me bleak
His sinister laugh made me freeze
Looking at those new materialised veins
It seemed as though I could share his pain

He spoke words of wisdom to me
Such words I could hardly believe
And as I took a weary step towards his flesh
I could feel upon me his stinging breath

"Who has summoned me to the mortal realm?
All this pain you have caused shall overwhelm
And now you shall join the dead elms"

Before he could say another word
A strange thought occured
What if I was to sacrifice my blood
To earn his lordships trust?

And with that I picked my knife and slit my wrist
Crimson sacrifice fell in the midst
A wave of hate weived its way upon us
And he looked upon me with disgust

"Foolish human does thou not know?
You shall now sleep mindless in a patch of snow
Now forever shall you're powers slow"

Pain surged troughout my body
Blood Cloged my eyes, I could barely see
Twas the biggest mistake of my life
To ever have awakened the beast of night
