| May 31th, 2005 Breakfast: Green Tea Lunch: 3 Biscuts 4 turkey hotdogs Dinner: 1/4 cup of honey chicken 1/4 cup of orange chicken 1/4 cup of sweat and sour pork 1/2 cup of steam rice 1/2 cup of chow mein Exercise: 30 minutes of walking Sometimes my flesh and heart feels like I am never going to get this weight off. That I am going to be fat forever and that I am going to look like a 400 pound monster forever. I can not think about that though. God made me! He wonderfully made me. I know that He is going to give me the strength to watch what I eat, to exercise every day and to fast when I need to fast. I have to remember that I am a child of God. God is the great physician and the great dietician. I know that He is going to help me turn away from gluttony and junk food. I know that He will fill my mind of wonderful healthy recipes. |
