About Rohingya

 

The Rohingyas are muslim minority society which are living in the district of Rakhine, Western Myanmar. They has been described as the world's most forgotten and persecuted people by the United Nations (UN). Recently, Rohingya community has been mistread and threatned with genocide by the Rakhine Buddhist. They were presecuted and murdered by the Rakhine Buddhist majority. Over 30,000 Muslim Ronghingyas has been left without food, shelter, and protection from the violance in Myanmar.

 

The Rakhines which were the majority of the Myanmar total population claims that the Rohingya society are not a Myanmarian @ Burmese. The only reason why Rohingyas had been murdered is only because of the Myanmarian majority assume that Rohingya community is not a people of Myanmar. Based on the Burmese government in 2012, 78 muslim Ronghinyas has been murdered but in the other hand which is the Ronghinya local community leader, they said that more than 650 Ronghinyas has been murdered.

 

Many Muslim Ronghinyas has been fleed to the refugee camps in the neighbouring country like Bangladesh and the areas along the Thai-Burma border.
