Online play. Although this is an online game it will be done very similar to Pen and Paper. I will be told and allow you to do things and make moves. I even roll the dice. The game system that will be in use is the Dungions and Dragons system (I don't make any money off of this so don't sue). Play should start mid-Febuary.
If you play DnD learning this will be a piece of cake, if you don't i sugest that you listen in for a few minutes untill you get it.
The possabilities are endless. Here is a short list of just a few of the things you can do (well that your character can do) : join teams, solve puzzles, hunt evil, become evil, learn magic, explore dungions, and slay dragons.
The worlds. Well there is only one world, however there are 4 starting points. Ten large human cities. Roads connecting most of them. Hunting areas. Player killing areas (this is the only area where players may fight eachother). There are uncountable dungions and prepared quests. I even make some up as we go. There are a few things that you need however and they are: a computer with the internet (a given), a good imagination (very much sugested because there are few if any picutres), and hands to type with (or another method of chating in the room).
How to begin. Starting play is easy. Send an Email to [email protected], tell him what race you wish to be (either human, elf, or halfling [they are described later]) and your class (either fighter, mage, rogue, paladin, or healer [also described later]). Along with a name for your character. Click the Vampire below to veiw the class and race specs.
To veiw the weapons list click the guy next to the vampire.
To play just enter the chatroom link below. I am always goin to be rogue101 (I'm the game master). Please don't join as me it's not nice. Always join in as your characters name. That makes it easy on me. Thanks!!!
