This fellow goes along with the Child Support Crusade when he is in the Legislature, but when he is affected by the very law he helped pass, he asks the courts to strike it down as unconstitutional! You, know the oath about protecting, defending, and supporting the Constitution of Tennessee and the Constitution of the United States?

Article I Section 33 of the Tennessee Constitution prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude.
