South Dakota Enemies
The famous motorcycle gathering in Sturgis each August is where the participants celebrate American Freedom. Unfortunately, the agencies listed below do not share the bikers' love for American Freedom, or they would honor the Constitutional provisions that guarantee it.
The Department of Social Services operates the Child Support Enforcement program. The DSS has 62 local offices. Some are listed here:

Because most of the counties have such small populations, they are grouped into seven judicial districts and the general jurisdiction courts that handle felonies, most large civil cases, and family law are called district courts.
Article VI Section 1 of the South Dakota Constitution declares the inalienable rights of men, including the right to acquire and protect property.
Article VI Section 2 of the South Dakota Constitution contains the state Due Process Clause.
Article VI Section 15 of the South Dakota Constitution prohibits imprisonment for debts arising out of contracts.
Article VI Section 23 of the South Dakota Constitution prohibits excessive fines and bails and cruel and unusual punishments.
Article VI Section 24 of the South Dakota Constitution provides that the right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and of the state shall not be denied.
Article VI Section 26 of the South Dakota Constitution declares the supremacy of the United States Constitution.
