New Hampshire Enemies

The Granite State has some interesting things about it.  Its motto: "Live Free or Die" was no doubt a rallying cry during the American Revolution.  Given how this state treats noncustodial parents, it must consider itself lucky that so far they have chosen a third alternative.  The Revolution of course, is our reaction to a British Empire that had as much respect for us as New Hampshire has for its divorced parents.  But that is not all, Article I Section 10 of the New Hampshire Constitution guarantees to the citizens the right of revolution!!!!

Be glad, New Hampshire, that your noncustodials do not exercise that right!  They might not need to, if they screamed Antipeonage Act in numbers and would vote the problem out of office.  If you believe you have a choice between Tweedledee and Tweedledum, vote for the one who is not an incumbent.  You can always get rid of him the next time around. If you condition re-election upon respect for your constitutional rights, you will see respect for your constitutional rights.  Look at the road signs.  They will remain the way they are as long as the choice is kilometers or re-election, and they know they can't have both!

The Department of Health and Human Services and its Bureau of Child Protection operates the Division of Child Support Services.

The Family Division of each Superior Court imposes the orders.
