IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR KING COUNTY

STATE OF WASHINGTON,  ex rel.

                                                                           NO:   02-3-04633-2  SEA

                                 PETITIONER.                   MOTION

                   vs.                                                   TO SHOW CAUSE

PERRY L. MANLEY

                               RESPONDENT

___________________________________

1.                  COMES NOW RESPONDENT, PERRY L. MANLEY, REPRESENTED PRO SE. and asking the court of the State of Washington to show cause why an order for STATUS QUO ANTI should not be entered.

2.                  The State opened the door in this law suit with the intent to force Mr. Manley to labor against his will for the benefit of another.

3.                  The State uses threat of force and threats of legal coercion with the intent to compel Mr. Manley, which is sufficient to compel service against his will for the payment of a debt.

4.                  The threats, force, and legal coercion span, well over a decade.  The offenses are punishable for a collective range of imprisonment of thirty years and the imposition of fines.

5.                  Remedy:  An order requiring a return to the situation as it existed before the commission of this unlawful practice.

6.                  It would appear to even the most disinterested, that the State of Washington has engaged in a vendetta to insure that Mr. Manley was fully aware that he was living only with what The State would allow, and that the Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, the laws that protect it, and the rights guaranteed thereby, have absolutely NO bearing on what should, or would happen within the boundaries of the State of Washington.
