The State opened the door in this law suit with the intent to
force Mr. Manley to labor against his will for the benefit of another.

The State uses threat of force and threats of legal coercion
with the intent to compel Mr. Manley, which is sufficient to compel service
against his will for the payment of a debt.
4.
The threats, force, and legal coercion span, well over a
decade. The offenses are punishable for
a collective range of imprisonment of thirty years and the imposition of fines.
5.
Remedy: An order
requiring a return to the situation as it existed before the commission of this
unlawful practice.
