MA International Business Administration

This management programme differs from others as it combines rigorous academic disciplines with International Management skills to give participants the confidence to thrive in their careers long into the future. It is aimed at individuals who have already completed an undergraduate degree but wish to undertake a further intensive programme of study in International Business Administration

Course Plan
Duration 1 year - Course Fees £ 6,450

Entry Requirements
- Bachelor degree from recognized University (equivalent to a UK Bachelors Degree)
- Non UK degrees should be first class degrees ( at least 3 years of duration)
- Applicants with relevant management work experience (min 25 yrs old) may be considered with appropriate professional qualification and / or second class Bachelor Degrees
- IELTS (equivalent) score of 6.0

Applicants who do not satisfy any of the above requirements may be required to do a 4 months Qualifying Programme (MBQP) prior to the commencement of the MA or MSc programme at no extra cost (LSC students only)

MSc Business Information Technology

This 12 month programme is designed for individuals who have developed expertise in other academic disciplines but who wish to move into the IS/IT area. Emphasis is placed on the business applications of the IT and impact the it has on all aspects of the organization, both in an operational context and in strategic decision-making.

Duration 1 year - Course Fees £ 6,450

Masters in Business Qualifying Programme (MPQP)

Student who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the direct entry into the Postgraduate Management & business related degrees at Northumbria University or LSC will be required to successfully complete an MBQP for one semester (four months), before commencing the relevant Masters degree.

- IELTS (equivalent) score of 6.0

Applicants with relevant management work experience (min 25 yrs old) may be considered with appropriate professional qualification (equivalent to Bachelors Degree) and / or Bachelor Degrees

BSc (Hons) Applied Computing

This programme has been specifically designed to equip students with the skills and attributes required to meet the challenges of designing, implementing and managing information technology. The aim is to provide students with a sound foundation of IT skills on which to develop a range of career opportunities in organizations of all kinds in the information age.

This programme is split into 6 semesters of 4 months each running consecutively so the programme is finish just 2 calendar years compared to the 3 years in most universities, thus saving one year in time and living expenses in London.

Entry Requirements
- UK GCE "A" Levels or equivalent qualifications
- LSC Degree Foundation
- Mature students with relevant work experience will be considered.
- IELTS (equivalent) score of 6.0

Applicants who do not satisfy any of the above requirements may be required to do an LSC Degree Foundation Programme prior to the commencement of the BA (Hons) programme

BA (Hons) International Business Administration

The aim of this programme is to produce graduates who possess the necessary knowledge and competencies to operate as managers in the world of international business. The modules which comprise the programme therefore focus on knowledge and competence development and their application to the solution of practical business problems within an international framework.

Duration 2 years - Course Fees £ 12,950

Entry Requirements
- UK GCE "A" Levels or equivalent qualifications
- LSC Degree Foundation
- Mature students with relevant work experience will be considered.

Applicants who do not satisfy any of the above requirements may be required to do an LSC Degree Foundation Programme prior to the commencement of the BA (Hons) programme

Degree Foundation Course (DF)

Student who do not have "A" levels or the necessary equivalent qualifications for direct entry to Bachelors degree programme are required to complete an 8 month (2 semester) foundation programme prior to commencing BA (Hons) International Business Administration of BSc (Hons) in Applied Computing Programme. Such students can expert to complete the entire degree in approximately 2 years and 8 months at a total cost of £ 13,450.

English Programme
