On Monday, August 20, 2001, my mom, Betty, Emily, Molly and I went to the Hanging Rock near Danbury. The lake was closed (silly schools start too early!) so we had a picnic and went hiking on the nature trail. I was studying insects in my co-op, so we were kinda looking for bugs and stuff.
We saw so many cool things. The coolest was a little red eft. We also saw a snake, a rabbit ear (ugh! that is all) some funny little mushrooms, pretty rocks, bugs, bugS, and MORE BUGZ! The weather was really nice. Hope we can go back soon.
